Google employees volunteer at Goodwill NYNJ program for individuals with mental illness
15 Google employees provided a tech literacy and resume building workshop to 15 PROS Rebound program participants at the Goodwill NYNJ headquarters in Astoria, Queens on Tuesday, June 18.
Twenty-two employees from Deloitte spent their annual #ImpactThatMatters Day volunteering at Goodwill NYNJ with 50 participants from our Youth Pathways and Limited English Proficiency programs on Friday, June 7. Our Workforce Development programs prepare individuals for a successful entry into sector-based career pathways and sustainable employment.
Goodwill NYNJ President & CEO Katy Gaul-Stigge welcomed and thanked the volunteers for “contributing to a new vision for a world with no barriers to employment.”

All merchandise will be sold at NYC Goodwill stores to support our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment to gain independence through the power of work.
