Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey operates Goodwill Terrace Apartments. Our 200-unit barrier-free apartment complex for low-income people and people with disabilities and other special needs is located at Goodwill’s headquarters in Astoria, Queens. In addition, Funded by an initiative from the New York State Office of Mental Health, Goodwill provides community based supported housing for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
