Goodwill established GoodTemps in 1996 to provide short- and long-term job opportunities to individuals facing barriers to employment. After growing to become the largest supplier of temporary staff to the City of New York, GoodTemps has expanded to provide business solutions throughout all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and Northern New Jersey.
We strive to create jobs for individuals with a sincere drive to work. Applicants are evaluated according to their ability to effectively fulfill the dynamic needs of employers. We screen candidates for reliability, professionalism, experience, education, as well as interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
